Are you ready to find your Heritage? Beginning June 1st we bring you Heritage Dining & Provisions at the Waterloo Gun & Bocce Club. This journey has been years in the making and Paul and Daniel are ready to blow the doors off of this place.
Over the next few months you will see that we will feature all of the events that you have come to love at the club and we are adding quite a few more. Our vision of the club is to return it to what it used to be as one of the most popular meeting places in our area. When the club was first envisioned, our parents and grandparents wanted a place to serve great food, have fun and entertain. Those three tenants will become the hallmark of the club again!
Executive Chef Paul Ratto has been tantalizing taste buds for years. His unique talent to blend cultural, heritage recipes and local ingredients will make our restaurant a must stop on your list. Very soon you will see a diverse selection of events and activities happening on the grounds. Daily lunches will resume in August, this Fall we begin our Sunday Family Dinner series, we have a long list of Celebrity Chefs ready to come in four our Heritage Society Supper Club, Movies in the Park, Holiday Specials and so much more.
We would like to thank the Waterloo Club Board of Directors, the outgoing culinary team lead by Mike Tsarnas and all who have put in a good word for us along the way. To all of our friends we invite you to come in and see us and to all of you who we have yet to meet, please stop and say hello. We are here to serve you and make your experience memorable. We offer our service, friendship, food and good times to help you on your journey.
